A 48-hour cancellation notice is required to cancel your lesson with no cancellation fee.

Please remember that there is always an option to make your lesson online instead of face-to-face if it helps in your current situation.

I completely understand that life can bring unforeseen events, so I am always doing my best to accommodate your needs and still provide you with a lesson at a more convenient time.

If you have to cancel a lesson with less than a 48-hour notice, there are three options available:

1) reschedule your lesson for another day during the same week (provided there is time available);
2) book an additional lesson during the following couple of weeks (you will then have 2 lessons in one week);
3) if none of these two options work for you, you will be invoiced for the missed lesson.
